How to Reserve

- All New Year’s Eve packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
- Credit card payments will be sent via email once the package is purchased and will need to be submitted online to confirm your spot.
- All confirmations will be emailed.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
- New Year’s Eve packages may be canceled for a full refund before 6:00 PM (Eastern Time) on December 21, 2023.
- No refunds for any reason after that time.
- The free night on 1/1/24 is for the same room purchased for the NYE package, based on availability.
- Free night is not available for any canceled NYE packages.
- NYE package payment must be received before 11/30/23 to stay on 1/1/24 for free.
