WEBER’S REWARDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- One point for each dollar (non-discounted) spent on food and beverages in Weber’s Restaurant (dining room, carry out, room service and the Habitat Lounge). Charges incurred elsewhere are not credited to the plan. Some restrictions may apply to alcoholic beverages. Dollars spent on tax and gratuity are not included.
- 50 points for each room night booked at Weber’s Hotel at our Weber’s Rewards rate or higher rate. Rooms must be booked directly with Weber’s and not through a third party service.
- Only the person paying the bill may receive points.
- You may be asked for photo ID before points are issued to your account.
- Weber’s is not able to issue missed credits for dollars spent under this plan, unless discrepancies are brought to our attention prior to the bill being paid.
- Program may be terminated at any time. Awards expire on their stated expiration date. We reserve the right to discontinue the program at any time.
- We reserve the right to alter the rules and award levels or discontinue Weber’s Rewards Program at any time.
- We may, from time to time, offer substitutions of comparable value for awards or in addition to the regular awards.
- No purchase is necessary to become a member; however purchases are necessary to earn points.
- Points earned and awards issued are not transferable and have no cash value. We are unable to offer any substitutions for the stated awards.
- Awards may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or award.
- Additional plans may be added in the future. We reserve the right to discontinue membership benefits for accounts that have shown no activity for six months.
- Awards earned under this plan cannot be used toward taxes or gratuities. No change will be given. Any balance of rewards partially redeemed will be forfeited. Lost or misplaced awards cannot be replaced.
- Any illegal, fraudulent or other unauthorized use of this plan, or any activity inconsistent with the rules and regulations of this plan will result in termination of membership and forfeiture of any points earned.
- Weber’s is not responsible for interpretation by its employees of procedures, terms and conditions of this plan.
- Employees of Weber’s Inc. are not eligible.
