For example, he was a key collaborator on our Rhubarb Olive Oil Cake with Goat Cheese Sorbet, an inventive spring dessert featured in our behind-the-scenes blog post. Working with the bakeshop team, Lonnie helped fold bright local rhubarb into a citrus-infused olive oil cake and pair it with a tangy goat cheese sorbet, creating a unique balance of flavors.
